Record and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
Monitor the performance and availability of enterprise applications (e.g., FRM and others).
Participate in training and career development programs in IT application management.
Ensure compliance with defined SLAs for application operations.
Coordinate with Level 2 support teams to resolve issues or participate in SIT/UAT for change requests, new requirements, and projects.
Prepare regular operational reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Receive, categorize, and resolve user requests and incidents.
Provide user guidance and troubleshooting for common application issues.

Qualifications

Experience with FRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise applications is an advantage.
1–2 years of experience in IT system or application operations.
Bachelor’s or College degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

Skills

Good command of English is a plus.
Strong understanding of business processes, industry characteristics, and best practices in relevant areas.
Excellent critical thinking and problem- solving skills.
Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
