Làm việc với nhà cung cấp trong và ngoài nước để phối hợp lấy hàng/ Coordinate with forwarders to arrange cargo collection.
Làm việc với nhà máy để phối hợp đưa NPL về cho kịp sản xuất/chỉ định xuất hàng/ Work with the factory to ensure timely delivery of materials for production / shipment as instructed.
Kiểm tra và xử lý chứng từ hàng nhập/chứng từ hàng xuất/ Check and process import/export documentation.
Xử lý chứng từ mở Tờ khai XNK/ handle documentation for opening import–export customs declarations.
Làm việc với Cty Bảo hiểm để mua bảo hiểm hàng hóa/ Coordinate with insurance companies to purchase cargo insurance.
Làm việc với các Forwarders để phối hợp lấy hàng/ Work with forwarders to coordinate cargo pickup.
Làm chứng từ xin C/O cho hàng xuất khẩu/ Prepare documentation for C/O applications for export shipments.
Các công việc khác theo sự phân bổ của Trưởng phòng/ Perform other tasks assigned by the Shipping Manager.
Understanding Incoterms/Có hiểu biết về Incoterms.
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage/ Biết sử dụng ERP là một lợi thế (làm chứng từ, thanh toán…)
