Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu

GENERAL JOB FUNCTION

Working with logistic department & warehouse to send loading plan daily.
Arranging to pay the local charge, trucking fee.
To be responsibility for making packing list & checking report to open e- customs declaration on Vietnam Automated Cargo Clearance System(VNACCS)- type code: E62, B11, H21
Sending packing list, VGM, booking confirmation to forwarder.
Receiving loading plan from logistic department on 15th of each month to submit booking via forwarder such as DAMCO, DHL, KN… on time
Solving problem in order to minimize cost impacts.
Checking Bill of loading.
Support Documents team in peak time to handle and prepare documents (if necessary)
Working & coordinating with trucking services to pick up empty container from port to warehouse to loading cargo.
Sending export list to custom service to liquidate custom sheet.
Liaise with freight forwarder to get booking confirmation.
Manage well personal file to complete duty as required.
Sending VGM to warehouse & trucking.

RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:

Proactive to find solutions for problem.
Have ability to reading all the booking confirmation of all carrier such as COSCO, CMA, MSC, MSK.
Capable work under high pressure.
Mature, be able work independence & in a team.
Good problem solving skill.
Good at English & office software: Word & Excel.
Good communications skill.
Dynamic, careful, honest & flexible, responsible.

WORKING RELATIONSHIP

Internal: IOC, LOG, TD, KM.

External: Forwarder, Transportation Company.

Report: IMEX Manager.

Experience: 2- 3 years
Level: College, University
Language: Good English
Working days: Mon- Fri (Saturday is not require to come to office)
Computer: Good Word, Excel
Working at District 2, HCM or Dau Giay IZ, Thong nhat, Dong nai
