【Job Summary】
They’re looking for someone who can mainly handle trade operations(Import/ Export) for a Japanese textile company while also contributing to HR, admin, and other general areas.
- Trade operations (import/export procedures for textile materials, yarn, fabrics, and finished products)
- Post- verification (customs inspection)
- Obtaining Certificates of Origin (CO)
- Recruitment, payroll, and calculation of various taxes and insurances...etc
- Other tasks assigned by the Japanese manager

- Bachelor&039;s degree
- Experience with the process of obtaining a Certificate of Origin (CO).
- Experience with post- inspection investigations (customs inspections).
- English: Upper- Intermediate level （TOEIC 850 or more）
- 10 years of experience in trading operations (Must: Import and export of textile raw materials, yarn, fabrics, and products)
- Interested in human resources (Recruitment, payroll calculations, various tax/insurance calculations, etc.)
- 5 years of experience in trading operations (Must: Import and export of textile raw materials, yarn, fabrics, and products)

■Working Hour : 8:00- 17:00 Monday to Friday
■Salary : 17,000,000- 20,000,000 VND GROSS
■Working Location : Dist 1, HCM
■Holiday : Sat, Sun, National holiday
■Address : Le Lai Street,Ben Thanh Ward, District 1,Ho Chi Minh City
