Mô tả công việc
Submit SI, VGM to carrier/forwarder/airline on time. Issue INV, P/L, C/O, certificates to customers correctly and on time.
Manage import and export documentation, record and handle import/export shipments on the system.
Source and manage domestic logistics/transportation vendors.
Monitor and notify shipment status to related parties in a timely and flexible manner as per regulations.
Arrange booking with carrier/forwarder/airline for the import and export shipments.
Report to manager as requested.
Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues.
Coordinate with all related functions to ensure cargo delivery on time.
Handle customs procedures in compliance with regulations.

Prior experience at FMCG or food manufacturing companies is a major advantage.

Experience in ERP (SAP).
Proficiency in English.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
