Nhân Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu, Làm Báo Cáo Quyết Toán

Scope of work:
• Analyze In- Out- Stock data of tax exempted materials & products, make liquidation report for customers.
• Handling the works regarding applying C/O:
+ Input data of goods, data of import/ export CD into FTA CO system of company to make statement of origin & other documents automatically.
+ Check the origin status of goods in each FTA, make statement of origin, declare C/O info into Ecosys/ Comis, prepare CO application dossiers.
• Perform other jobs as assigned by the leader if required.
• Consulting about liquidation report management, customs procedure to customers/ managers; updating the regulations and making researches related to import and export activities
Công việc:
• Phân tích dữ liệu xuất nhập tồn, làm báo cáo quyết toán cho khách hàng.
• Xử lý các công việc liên quan đến C/O:
+ Nhập thông tin hàng hóa, thông tin tờ khai xuất nhập khẩu của khách hàng lên hệ thống làm C/O của công ty để chạy ra bảng giải trình và các hồ sơ C/O khác.
+ Kiểm tra hàng hóa có đạt tiêu chí xuất xứ không theo các FTA, làm bảng giải trình xuất xứ, khai báo thông tin C/O trên Ecosys/ Comis, chuẩn bị bộ hồ sơ xin CO.
• Tư vấn cho cấp trên/ khách hàng về báo cáo quyết toán, thủ tục hải quan; cập nhật các quy định và nghiên cứu liên quan đến hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu
• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của lãnh đạo nếu được yêu cầu.
