Social Media & Content Management (Hospitality Focus)
Plan, create, and shoot high- quality visual content (photos, reels, short videos) highlighting guest experiences, culinary creations, and hotel events.
Engage with online communities, respond to guest inquiries promptly, and monitor brand reputation on social media.
Manage, update, and grow the hotel&039;s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to showcase rooms, dining, and spa services.
Ensure visual assets (photos, videos, virtual tours) and hotel descriptions on the website are always up- to- date and consistent with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the Revenue team to update promotions, packages, and seasonal offers on the hotel website and Direct Booking channels.
Optimize website content and landing pages for staycation, dining, and wedding packages to improve SEO rankings and direct bookings.
Set up and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TripAdvisor Ads) to drive traffic for room bookings, F&B promotions, and festive events.
Monitor ad spending, track daily performance, and adjust targeting to reach both domestic travelers and international guests.
Run targeted ads for specific segments, such as MICE (meetings/events), weddings, and corporate clients.
Design and execute monthly email marketing campaigns to the hotel’s guest database, promoting loyalty programs (such as ALL- Accor Live Limitless), seasonal menus, and holiday packages.
Segment the guest database to send personalized offers based on past stays, local vs. international guests, or corporate bookers.
Monitor guest reviews and feedback on travel platforms (TripAdvisor, Google My Business, OTA channels) and coordinate with the Guest Experience team to maintain high ratings.
Track website traffic, online conversions, and user behavior using Google Analytics and hotel booking engine data.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports analyzing Digital ROI, online brand visibility, and competitor digital activities.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Work Experience
Proven track record in managing social media channels and running basic paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or premium F&B brands).
Strong creative mindset with an eye for hospitality design aesthetics, photography, and short- form video production (Reels, TikTok).
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and basic design/video editing software (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite is a plus).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage with online communities and hospitality guests.
Solid understanding of social media algorithms, SEO tools, website content management systems (CMS), and Google Analytics.
High degree of professionalism, teamwork, and collaboration with other departments (Sales, F&B, Revenue, Spa).
Ability to multi- task, handle high- pressure situations, and adapt quickly to fast- changing digital trends.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track digital metrics and turn data into actionable marketing ideas.
Excellent proficiency in English (both written and oral) to communicate with international guests and corporate teams.
