New join process
• Contact candidate to announce Offer and On- boarding schedule
• Create and update employee data record in system
• Create personal files and assist with general filing
• Register the bank accounts
• Conduct and ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new hires
• Prepare avalable rooms in heartist house and inform to Staffhouse manager
Termination process
• Report the deduction data to payroll supervisor
• Final payment: leave balance
• Conduct exit interview at staff level
• Report the resignation data to payroll supervisor
• Manage resignation and clearance procedures
Performance Appraisal
• Update and track annual and probation period appraisals of all Heartist 4. Compensation and Benefits:
Overtime and Casual Labor
• Do the paper work and the submission process • Send all signed papers to payroll supervisor Insurance and personal income tax
• Do the adjustment report and send to payroll supervisor • Do the non PIT list send to payroll supervisor

• Input PIT numbers into Cadena
• Do the paper work and the submission process

Timesheet:
• Send the annual leave and compensation leave balance report to all department to verify.
• Assign the working schedule into Cadena (all section: nurse, HR, training, heartist house).
Support
• Support T&C projects
• Support recruitment
• SOPS
• Support training program
Reports
• Do the business monthly report (send to Phu Quoc authority)
• Do the CEO quater report
• Do the police quater report (send to Hanoi office)
Other Responsibilities
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
• Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge and Experience
• Communication in English
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Bachelor&039;s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
• Prefer to have experience in recruitment and administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
