NPI Engineer (Cu Chi - company bus)

New Product Introduction (NPI):
• Drive the introduction of new products by analyzing design requirements, assessing manufacturing feasibility, and developing production processes.
• Lead the NPI process, collaborating with cross- functional teams to ensure smooth product transitions from design to manufacturing.
Circuit Understanding and Troubleshooting:
• Troubleshoot circuit- related issues during product development and provide effective solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
• Possess in- depth knowledge and hands- on experience in circuit analysis, particularly in areas like snubbers, H- bridges, and buck converters.
Quality Assurance and Improvement:
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet design specifications and industry standards.

- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Experience: Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in new product introduction or process engineering.
- Experience with process validation and qualification.
- Education: Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or Engineering related fields.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or similar) and PLM system is a plus.
