NPI Senior Project Engineer

Customer audit support.
Project status report to managing director.
Communication with KAM or customer to make clear of all customer requirements.
Engineering change (from customer) process control.
Project process control (including budget, timing, quality, and sourcing).
Internal project communication with CFT members.
Internal kick- off meeting, CFT team build and information transfer (customer requirements, timing, target…).
Support after SOP.
Whole project APQP process management.
Risk management.
PPAP file collection and submit.

Good speaking and written skills in English.
Knowledge about IATF 16949:2016.
Experience in applying 5 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP) is required.
Good communication skills.
Project management experience.
Knowledge of carbon fiber industry is preferable.
