Task 1 – Trims & Accessories Planning
Task 4 – Coordination & Team Support
Translate and provide documents, samples, and key points to note for departments prior to bulk production.
Plan and arrange sample making for production, including Size Set, QRS, QPP, China testing, etc.
Support team members during peak periods as requested by the team leader.
Conduct pre- production meetings with Production, Sample Room, Technical, and related departments before bulk production.
Ensure trims and accessories are delivered on time and in full quantity.
Handle issues with suppliers to ensure required quantity and quality.
Task 2 – Development Handover & Production Preparation
Prepare payment requests and provide necessary information and documents to related departments for local and overseas supplier payments.
Place orders for trims and accessories based on customer order quantities and follow up until delivery to the factory.
Prepare reports and provide updates on trim and accessory status to related departments such as APS, WIP, and inventory reports.
Attend handover meetings from the Development team, including sample garments, documents, and related information for assigned product lines.
Task 3 – Sample & Production Support
Review documents and consumption data from Development and Technical teams to update required trims and accessories for each style.
Resolve issues arising between departments during the working process.
Approve trim and accessory color cards for production.

College or University degree, preferably in Garment / Textile / Apparel- related majors.
English communication skills, able to write and respond to emails in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
