NVH/Equipment Operation Engineer-Vận Hành Thiết Kế (Trên 1 Năm Kinh Nghiệm, Làm Việc Tại Hải Phòng, Tiếng Anh Tốt, Ưu Tiên Có BLX Ô Tô)

Equipment Operation and Testing:

Operate Siemens SCADA and Simcenter systems as required for testing purposes or related system.
Conduct durability, corrosion, and vibration tests according to technical procedures.
Ensure that all equipment and testing processes comply with technical and safety standards.

Data Collection and Analysis:

Process and evaluate data from sensors, measurement, and monitoring systems.
Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports.
Monitor and record real- time data from equipment during testing.

Equipment Maintenance and Calibration:

Conduct repairs or liaise with suppliers for support when necessary.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Siemens testing equipment (SCADA, Simcenter).
Calibrate sensors and measurement systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Coordination and Support:

Provide training and support to team members in using the equipment.
Collaborate with other departments (design, quality, production) to meet testing requirements.
Assist in setting up appropriate test environments for different test cases.

Education and Experience:

Experience in durability, corrosion, and vibration testing is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in operating testing equipment (preferably Siemens equipment/tool/system using: SCADAS, Simcenter,...).

Technical Skills:

Skilled in data analysis using technical software (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar).
Proficiency in SCADA and Simcenter systems, including setup, operation, and monitoring.
Hands- on experience with sensors and measurement systems.

Soft Skills:

Effective communication and teamwork with related departments.
Problem- solving mindset with quick and efficient solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Other Requirements:

Driving License B2
Willingness to work overtime or travel when required.
Proficiency in English (technical document reading and basic communication).
