We are looking for passionate Odoo Developers to join our team and deliver powerful ERP solutions that truly transform businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in the development and implementation of ERP solutions using Odoo.
Collaborate with Team Leaders and Project Managers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Support the customer service team with technical issues when required.
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and features.
Attend project meetings, report progress, participate in technical discussions, and prepare documentation.
Analyze business requirements and propose optimal technical solutions together with BA and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in Odoo implementations.
Improve existing functionalities and develop new features based on client needs.

Good knowledge of frontend customization (XML, QWeb, HTML, JavaScript)
Understanding system integration, testing, and performance optimization is desirable
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work directly with customers when needed
Familiar with PostgreSQL, Git, Docker, REST API
At least 2- 5 years of hands- on experience with Odoo
Logical thinking and problem- solving ability
Solid experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules (e.g. Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting)
Good reading and writing skills in English; speaking is a plus
Strong proficiency in Python, Odoo ORM, and Odoo core architecture
Experience with Odoo.sh, Linux deployments, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus
