Odoo Developer

Job Description:

Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions using the Odoo platform.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Odoo operations.
Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment to production environments.
Enhance and optimize existing Odoo features to ensure high performance and scalability.
Integrate Odoo with external systems (API, payment gateways, other ERP solutions).
Develop and customize Odoo modules based on project needs (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Purchase, etc.).
Prepare technical documentation and user guides when needed.

Job Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.
Preferably experienced with multiple Odoo versions (12–17).
Solid experience in developing modules, customizing workflows, views, and reports in Odoo.
Strong understanding of Odoo ORM and module architecture.
Experience working with REST APIs or XML- RPC.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Minimum 3 years of hands- on experience in Odoo development.
