Business Requirement Ownership & System Request Management
• Develop BRD/FRD documentation
• Work directly with System Engineers, IT teams, and external vendors
• Monitor implementation progress, participate in UAT, and validate deliverables
• Collect system requirements from Sales and other related departments
• Analyze, clarify, and standardize business requirements
System Implementation & Configuration
• Own business logic and functional accuracy (no coding responsibility)
• Configure system modules, data fields, workflows, and basic automations
• Translate operational processes into system workflows
Process Analysis & Optimization
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process and system improvements
• Ensure system setup aligns with real operational practices
• Document current business processes (As- is) and design process flows prior to implementation
Data Management & Standardization
• Define data structures and mandatory fields
• Standardize data across departments
• Support data migration, cleansing, and data quality monitoring
User Training & Support
• Provide support during rollout and post- implementation operations
• Conduct end- user training, especially for Sales teams
• Develop user manuals and SOPs
System Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
• Capture business- related issues and coordinate with IT for technical resolution
• Manage and prioritize the system improvement backlog based on business needs
• Monitor system adoption and usage effectiveness
