Customer Service
Proactively track and update parcel status, answering customer inquiries via email and messaging apps.
Operate systems (CMS/WMS) to check tracking info and assist in resolving warehouse check- in errors.
Administrative & HR Support
Support the full recruitment cycle: from posting jobs to screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding and maintain personnel records.
Handle documents, contracts, and filing.
Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and meetings.
Yêu cầu công việc
Candidates must be fluent in spoken English and possess native or business proficiency in Vietnamese.
Prior experience in logistics, e- commerce, or a fast- paced operational environment is a strong plus.
Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 1- 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, office administration, or a generalist support role.
Willing and able to work effectively in a dynamic, multi- task setting.
