About the job: A responsible, eye to details, and dedicated team player to manage the overall operation of Learning and Innovation Center.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate Admin, Technical, Security, and Cleaning teams to ensure service quality and compliance.
Manage office supplies, pantry items, and service procurement; Track contracts, payments, and recurring operational costs (electricity, water, office supplies, landscaping, printing services, elevators, cleaning, security, etc.)
Manage meeting room bookings, setup, and utilization via SharePoint.
Coordinate daily office operations and handle internal requests related to facilities, equipment, and services; Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth office operations; Support office policy updates and communicate office operation notices; Monitor office cleanliness, facilities condition, and report/follow up on issues.
Monitor and control monthly expenses in line with approved budgets; support annual budgeting.
Prepare periodic and ad- hoc operational reports.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in office administration or above; good command of English communication; willing to work extra hours when required.
Soft skills: Active, flexible, strong problem- solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks, teamwork & customer- service oriented
Technical Skills: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,...), Canva, SharePoint
Work related skills: Planning, Analytical Skills, Time Management, Data Management, Customer service.
