Overview
We are looking for an Office Manager (Project Operations Lead or Operation Manager) to oversee the end- to- end operations of the K- Tech College (KTC) project — a strategic initiative connecting Vietnamese IT talent with Korean enterprises.
This role is highly operational and strategic, acting as the key contact point with the Korea team, ensuring smooth execution, alignment, and performance delivery across all project activities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Operations & KPI Management (Core Responsibility)
- Lead overall project operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals from Korea HQ.
- Continuously optimize operations through data- driven insights.
- Monitor performance closely, identify risks early, and proactively implement solutions.
- Build and manage KPI frameworks across all project phases.
- Develop and execute annual operational plans to achieve KTC targets.
Korea Team Coordination (Key Contact)
- Ensure smooth coordination in decision- making, execution, and issue resolution.
- Lead regular communication, reporting, and alignment meetings in Korean.
- Act as the primary liaison between Vietnam team and Korea HQ/partners.
- Translate strategic direction from Korea into actionable plans locally.
Event & Program Execution
- Plan and execute major hiring initiatives such as:
- Ensure continuous hiring momentum through ongoing matching programs.
- KTC Hackathon
- KTC Job Fair
- Manage internship programs and Korea- based training pathways.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with:
- Universities and enterprise partners in Vietnam
- Korea HQ & consortium partners
- Deliver regular reports and strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Government agencies (e.g., KOSME)
Post- Placement & Process Optimization
- Monitor candidate and employer satisfaction post- placement.
- Standardize and systemize operational processes for scalability.
- Improve retention and long- term program outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
- High ownership mindset — proactive, problem- solving oriented.
- Proven ability to manage KPIs and deliver measurable results.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or strategy roles.
- Fluent Korean communication (mandatory – working directly with Korean stakeholders).
- Strong coordination skills in multi- stakeholder environments.
- Experience with Vietnam administrative procedures & documentation
Preferred
- Experience in government- funded or public- private partnership projects.
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders (C- level, executives).
- Experience working with B2B or B2G partnerships.
- Background in Recruitment HR Tech
