Officer, Data Reconciliation (Temp 6 Months)

JOB PURPOSE
- To process the allocated workload within the area of operation, efficiently, accurately and within the times scales and standards set out in service level agreements, service standards and performance targets, utilizing basic systems/equipment as required.
- To provide internal customers with a cost effective and efficient world class reconciliation service.
- To bring to the attention of higher levels any problems or issues identified in the course of the job holders work that might impact on the level and quality of service provided, to enable corrective action to be taken.
- To perform a range of processing/administrative activities such as reconciliation of data efficiently and accurately in accordance with policies and procedure.
- To maintain awareness and comply with all aspects of policy, procedure, and statutory requirement, to maximize efficiency and minimize risk to the Group and its employees.
