Level 1 Support Consultant – OneOps
Your role & responsibilities

As a Level 1 Support Consultant (OneOps), you are the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering high- quality IT support. Your responsiveness, analysis, and communication directly contribute to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
As part of the support team, you will:
Monitor ITSM tools and ensure efficient handling of incidents, with special attention to critical situations
Handle incoming phone calls, report on activities, and ensure smooth handover to the next support team
Track ticket resolution, provide follow- up, and escalate issues when necessary
Analyze incoming tickets and resolve incidents and requests within the scope of Level 1 support
Carry out a variety of Level 1 operational tasks (e.g. restarting failed backup jobs, data recovery, user account creation, etc.)
Perform daily system checks for our customers to ensure stability and performance
You will work with a wide range of well- known enterprise tools, including:ServiceNow, SAP, Datadog, Veeam, ESET, and more.

Profile & Requirements
Dynamic, quick learner, with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of reliability
Previous experience in IT Help Desk, user support, or customer support is highly valued
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
Good command of English (TOEIC score of 650 or higher or equivalent)
French speaking skills are a plus
