JOB DESCRIPTION

As a UI designer, you will:

Refine and polish existing screens in Figma to achieve a clean, modern, and consistent UI
Improve visual hierarchy and alignment without changing core UX flows
Collaborate with founders/product team to align on design direction
Ensure all designs are developer- ready (auto layout, naming conventions, spacing rules)
Standardize typography, spacing, color usage, and layout across the product
Build and organize UI components and design systems (buttons, inputs, modals, etc.)
Prepare final design files for handoff to developers

REQUIREMENTS

Solid understanding of:+ Layout & spacing systems+ Typography & visual hierarchy+ UI consistency and scalability
Hands- on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
Experience using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz.
Preferably graduated from a top Vietnamese university (HCMUT, HCMUS, HUST, UIT, etc.) and/ or top university around the world.
2+ years of experience as a UI Designer
Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems)

Experience working on web apps/SaaS products
Ability to work with existing designs and improve them (not start from scratch)
Detail- oriented and able to follow structured design guidelines

Experience preparing designs for frontend handoff (React, etc.)
Familiarity with design systems like Material UI, Ant Design, etc.
Basic understanding of frontend constraints
