✈️ Work Nature:

Full- time and Fully remote/Hybrid
Contacting points might include but not be limited to the Project Manager, SEO Executive and other Copywriters
Working hours: 40+ hours per week.
Reporting Line: The CEO- a French expert in Marketing
Location: Work from anywhere OR Work hybrid in HCMC, Vietnam

👩‍💻 Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a performance- driven Social Media Content Lead with strong experience in the US market, especially automotive / car detailing. This role requires strong execution, leadership capability, and a growth mindset.

Build and improve SOPs/workflows to increase team efficiency and output quality
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions, engagement) and optimize content direction
Set and track OKRs & KPIs aligned with marketing and revenue goals
Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, content AI platforms, etc.) to improve productivity and content performance
Build and review Email Marketing content to support campaign launches (promo, nurture, retention)
Lead and manage the Social Media Content team (planning, delegation, quality control)
Collaborate cross- functionally with SEO, Paid Ads, Web Design, Digital Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure aligned messaging and campaign execution
Develop and oversee high- converting copy for Facebook Ads & Google Ads
Build monthly content strategy for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube

🌋 Requirements:

Proven experience managing a team and setting OKRs
3+ years experience in social & performance content
Excellent English writing skills
Experience building/reviewing email marketing content
Basic knowledge of SEO (we have a dedicated SEO team)
Experience working with US market (required)
Strong ability to build SOPs and optimize processes
Automotive / car detailing experience is a strong plus
Strong ad copywriting skills (Meta & Google)
Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and continuous learning spirit
Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and decision- making ability
Experience using AI tools to improve workflow and performance
