Job Description
Phone Surveys: Conduct and document customer feedback via phone surveys.
Administrative Support:
Input data into the service system.
Scan and file documents as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks.
Assist in inventory management and stock checks.
Documentation:
Maintain organized files and digital records.
Ensure accurate document scanning and filing.
Requirements
Able to work full- time
Available for a full- time assignment for at least 3 months
Good command in English and computer literacy
Final- year or fresh graduate students
