JOB PURPOSE
To fulfill the tasks assigned with sufficient coaching by experienced Accountants and/or Senior Accountants including but not limited to.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform other duties as assigned;
Book- keeping simple accounting modules such as cash module, accounts payable/receivable module.
Declaring the Value Added Tax reports.
Checking / reconciling data received from clients before book- keeping.
Issue invoices on behalf of clients.
Verify invoices, supporting documents for tax filing, payments and bookkeeping.
Prepare Bank Transfer Requests, upload file to Bank’s system.
Document filing.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Can work fulltime.
Computer literacy.
Studying CPA/ ACCA/ ICAEW- ACA certificates is preferred.
Clear career orientation in Accounting/Tax.
Final year students or Fresh Graduates majoring in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking.
No experience is required.
Good command of English, both verbal and written.
