JOB DESCRIPTION
- Post teachers and examiners recruitment ads on the company&039;s job website or other job search websites and social media platforms approved by the company;
- Evaluate candidates&039; resumes, certificates, and teaching experience;
- Assist teachers with issues related to remuneration and contracts;
- Share recruitment information with suitable candidates via email and phone;
- Support teachers with inquiries about policies and regulations;
- Help other departments resolve issues related to teachers.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates&039; abilities and teaching skills;
WORKING HOUR AND LOCATION
- Working hours:
Monday- Sunday (Off 1 weekday):
Flexible shifts assigned by the head department; 3 working shift options:
+ Shift 3: 13:30- 16:30 (in the office) and 17:30- 22:00 (work from home)
+ Shift 1: 08:30- 12:00 (in the office) and 13:30- 17:30 (in the office)
+ Shift 2: 08:30- 12:00 (in the office) and 17:30- 22:00 (work from home)
- Location: 5th Floor, Bcons Tower- 176/1- 3, Nguyen Van Thuong street, ward 25, Binh Thanh district, HCMC
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1 year of experience teaching English, or at least 6 months in human resources recruitment is an advantage;
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and capable of meeting deadlines;
- Enthusiastic about learning, ambitious, energetic, and a team player;
- Good English communication skills;
- University degree;
- Careful, meticulous, patient, and unafraid of challenges;
