As the incredible Edu PM at STEAM for Vietnam
You will be expected to work closely with the Education team to build and deliver courses and other activities for students (which may include hackathons, mentorship programs, etc.). You help ensure the efficiency of curriculum planning, content development, quality assurance, and content delivery.
Responsibilities

Manage projects according to plan, including monitoring and communicating progress with other team&039;s leaders, to ensure the project is delivered on time.
Schedule, conduct project meetings, trial, and official classes, communicate assignments and expectations with other team members.
Develop plans, including project requirements in various functional areas (technical content, curriculum, design, learning materials, etc.), timelines, and resources requirements needed to achieve project objectives.

Required Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and detail- oriented in a fast- paced environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, G Suite.
Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate in cross- functional teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. MBA or Master’s degree with practical experience in project management
Previous experience working with children and in the education field.
