Location: Remote/Volunteer Position
STEAM for Vietnam Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non- profit organization established in the United States with a mission to promote STEAM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) in Vietnam. The Foundation is run by a dedicated team of volunteers who are international students and Vietnamese professionals from around the world. Our goal is to enhance STEAM skills among Vietnamese youths through various educational initiatives and activities.
This is an unpaid, volunteer opportunity.
Job Summary
As a UX/UI Design Volunteer, you’ll design and prototype intuitive, engaging interfaces for STEAM for Vietnam’s learning platforms and digital tools. Working with Product, Education, and Engineering teams, you’ll help turn educational ideas into user- friendly, visually appealing experiences that inspire learners across Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage design timelines, communicate progress, and work proactively with cross- functional team members to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the Product, Education, and Engineering teams to translate ideas and educational goals into user- friendly, visually appealing interfaces.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for STEAM for Vietnam’s learning platforms, websites, and digital tools.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of robotic competition app flow, including how participants interact with registration, team management, scoring, and live challenge features.
- Basic knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX design tools.
