Operation (Customer Service) Staff / Documentation Staff

- Others job indicated by supervisor / manager
- Working with agent at t/s ports, destination port to solve all the arisen matter during the transportation
- Receive and solve the claimed matter from customers
- Send loading confirm / delay notice / update the cargo status to customers
- Issue HBL, SI for MBL
- Receive booking from salesman / shipper/ overseas agent and arrange consol boxes.
- Issue DN/CN to agent and other extra internal docs (included shipment P&L sheet)
- Pre alert to agent
- Receive docs and cargo details from warehouse operation staff and update to customers.

+ Good command of English (Oral and written skill)
+ Experience request: 2 years experiences in logistics field, have experience in consolidation job is an advantage
+ University Graduation/ Major: Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economics...
+ Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
+ Good health and work under high pressure.
+ Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service.
