Operation Manager Tour

Support staff development and capacity building within the team;
Recommend solutions to improve work performance and cultivate a professional, collaborative work environment.
Supervise tours during operation, provide support, and resolve arising issues to ensure service quality as promised.
Targeting foreign travelers visiting Vietnam;
Assign tasks, train, and supervise the operations team;
Build and maintain relationships with quality suppliers (hotels, restaurants, transportation, attractions, etc.).
Develop detailed plans and arrange services (hotels, restaurants, transportation, flights, sightseeing activities, etc.) with suitable suppliers.
Design, update, and propose new tour programs aligned with international customer preferences;
Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop competitive and differentiated products;
Organize service and destination surveys, perform evaluations, and update periodically;
Assign and coordinate tour guides for each group, ensuring schedules are executed accurately.
Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and contract terms to optimize costs and enhance quality.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience;
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director.
Receive, input, and monitor bookings from the Sales department and partners.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum of 1- 3 years experience in a managerial or team leader role.
Flexible working hours in line with job requirements;
In- depth knowledge of the inbound tourism market (Europe, America, India, GCC, etc.) and the tourism service system in Vietnam.
Strong management, organizational, and problem- solving skills.
Responsible, able to work under high pressure, and willing to travel for business.
Proficient communication, negotiation, and relationship- building abilities with partners.
Language proficiency: fluent in English with all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Basic financial management skills: monitoring receivables, expenses, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality, or related fields.

Salary: VND 14,000,000 – 16,000,000 (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience)
