Operation Specialist

Oversee and manage daily operations for import, export shipment, ensuring efficiency in
freight handling, logistics coordination, and service delivery.
● Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of
logistics processes, including air, ocean, customs clearance, warehousing, and
distribution.
● Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements to meet service quality and client
satisfaction standards.
● Implement and maintain compliance with international logistics standards, regulations,
and company policies.
● Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
● Identify operational risks and develop solutions to mitigate disruptions.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with a proven
track record in managing teams and processes.
● Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, warehousing, and international
freight operations.
● Excellent communication and problem- solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple
tasks and deadlines effectively.
● Familiarity with logistics certifications (e.g., ISO, AEO) is a plus.
● Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
● Fluence China is preferable.
