Operations Efficiency Lead

Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Lead the Ops Efficiency team, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative and high- performing culture.
Performance Analysis:
Utilize data analytics to measure operational performance, identify trends and provide actionable solutions to improve service quality.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
Support Operations team in network changes, new services and expansions.
Build monthly and event- specific plans and collaborate with relevant teams to align operational plans and processes, ensure the smooth and efficient operational flows.
Project Management:
Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross- functional teams.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Track record of leading teams and managing cross- functional projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Be fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
Do other tasks as assigned by the company
5+ years of experience in operations management, efficiency improvement, or a similar role.
