Job Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for directly managing the CHAGEE Stores in Vietnam. This role involves ensuring smooth store operations, enhancing operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail operations management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of best practices within the retail sector, particularly in the food and beverage industry.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high- performing retail operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure all retail operations comply with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and implement best practices to enhance productivity and cost- effectiveness.
Ensure effective inventory management practices are in place to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales and operational performance.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a high- quality customer experience.
Oversee all aspects of store operations within the country, ensuring smooth and efficient day- to- day operations.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, HR, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of business strategies.
Prepare and present detailed reports on retail operations activities, performance, and strategic recommendations to the Country Operations Head.
Develop and manage the country&039;s retail operations budget, ensuring cost- effective use of resources.
Implement training programs for store staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services and supplies.
Develop and implement crisis management plans to address operational challenges and ensure business continuity.
