Operations Officer

Position Description
The Operations Officer is responsible for providing support to the organization for a range of ENV’s activities under specific projects and campaigns. As an Operations Assistant, you will work alongside the Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) to undertake project- focused assignments.
Main Responsibilities
Provide support to the CTA through carrying out a range of duties including both technical support responsibilities to ENV as well as oversight and management of various project activities such as:
• Oversee administrative systems at ENV to ensure that these systems operate as designed and are maintained and updated by key departments responsible for use of these systems
• Provide support to the ENV MB, as well as complete other tasks and assignments as needed
• Provide support to the CTA in completing special assignments, tasks, and supporting ENV activities
• Administer several ENV databases
