Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Maintain up- to- date knowledge of room availability, hotel promotions, and emergency procedures.
Relay messages accurately and efficiently to guests or relevant departments.
Record and log all calls as required by hotel procedures.
Assist with wake- up calls and ensure timely delivery.
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle outgoing calls for guests and staff in accordance with hotel policies.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Clear and professional telephone voice.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software (PMS) is an advantage.
