Job Purpose
The Senior OD Supervisor is responsible for driving Organizational Development initiatives that enhance leadership capability, performance culture, and employee engagement across the organization. This role focuses on developing and implementing frameworks related to Performance Management, Leadership Feedback, 360 Feedback, Career Development Roadmaps, and Culture Engagement to support VFR Interior’s sustainable growth and talent development strategy.
Key Accountabilities
Performance Management
Coordinate with department leaders to ensure performance goals are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Performance Management framework, including KPI / OKR setting, performance review cycles, and calibration processes.
Monitor the execution of performance review processes across departments and ensure timely completion and consistency.
Consolidate performance data and prepare reports to support performance analysis and decision- making.
Support the HRBP Manager in identifying opportunities to enhance performance culture and organizational effectiveness.
Provide guidance employees on performance management processes and tools.
360 Assessment
Provide guidance to leaders in interpreting feedback and building development plans.
Manage and facilitate 360- degree feedback processes to support leadership development.
Career Development & Talent Growth
Implement Career Development program across key functions in the organization.
Support talent identification and succession planning
Collaborate with department leaders to develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key talents.
Culture & Engagement
· Support the implementation of initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement across the company.
· Support the organization of programs and initiatives that reinforce company values and collaborative working culture.
· Coordinate and administer employee engagement surveys, including data collection, analysis support, and reporting.
· Assist in developing and tracking engagement action plans together with HR and department leaders.
Organizational Development Initiatives
· Support the execution of OD initiatives and programs focused on leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and team development.
· Work closely with HRBP Manager and business leaders to implement change initiatives and enhance workforce capability.
