Overseas HR Business Partner (HRBP)

• Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws (especially in Vietnam) to minimize legal risks.
• Coordinate training, development, and talent management programs for overseas employees.
• Execute international talent acquisition to ensure timely staffing and optimal workforce allocation.
• Manage employee relations and foster a positive and engaging work culture.
• Oversee end- to- end HR operations within the assigned region, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Act as a strategic liaison between global HR and the Vietnam office, providing HR insights to support business goals.
• Support the implementation of performance management systems (KPI/OKR) and HR initiatives.

• At least 3 years of HR experience, with strong expertise in recruitment and training preferred.
• Highly responsible, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related fields.
• Experience working or studying abroad is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem- solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English (CET- 6 / IELTS 6.5+); cross- cultural communication experience is a plus.
