Job Description:
As a Partnership Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing promotion vouchers across various payment channels. You will be responsible for managing payment promotion operations, analysing payment channel effectiveness, optimising voucher operations process, and ensuring promotion setting consistency with all marketing communications and agreements. And collaborate with key stakeholders will also be essential to plan and execute successful payment promotions. You will be responsible for managing promotion reconciliation data reports and payment as well.
Reporting to Head Partnerships of LazPay VN, you will be responsible for:
● Proactive utilize platform resources/operation tools to deliver goals.
● Plan and manage the promotion reconciliation data reports and payment on time.
● Work with internal teams to set up and monitor payment vouchers, activities, promotions that helps the n- COD to grow on Lazada platform.
● Co- brand card:- Planning and distributing media assets to achieve acquisition target.- Working with internal team (product, technical, …) and partners to obtain the issued card performance as target.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills
● Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Can- do attitude, willingness to learn and listen, and strong drive to get things done.
● Experience with marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and analytics tools.
● Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field.
● Good at excel file and task management.
● Knowledge of ecommerce, payment technology and industry players Vietnam market.
