Identifying and Expanding Loyalty Partner Ecosystem:
Analyze market trends, preferences, and insights to identify and approach potential partners to join LynkiD&039;s loyalty ecosystem (Use LynkiD loyalty solution, corporate gift solution, or exchange loyalty point with LynkiD).
Connect with large merchant chains to diversify LynkiD&039;s gift catalog and other suitable partners aligned with business strategies for each period.
Developing and Implementing Business Programs:
Work with partners to sign cooperation agreements, commercial contracts, and coordinate with departments to implement connections and system integrations.
Develop specific program regulations and processes for partners.
Initiate and execute business cooperation campaigns with linked partners periodically.
Take primary responsibility for revenue and profit from connected partners, maximizing potential benefits from partners.
Managing Business Performance:
Contribute ideas to build appropriate business programs for each period and coordinate with the Marketing department to launch suitable customer outreach campaigns.
Propose and develop coordination processes related to partner operations.
Collaborate closely with related departments such as Finance, Marketing, Product to effectively approach and implement partnerships.
Monitor and analyze key business metrics and activities to proactively build and develop business plans.

Good presentation ability (Skills in building slide decks, pitching partners, presentations, good communication)
Ability to work in a team and interact, coordinate well with related departments
Dynamic, resourceful, and highly goal- oriented, able to multitask and run multiple tasks at the same time.
Proficient in English, (Able to exchange emails, present, give presentations well in English)
Bachelor&039;s degree in Economics / Finance / Business Administration / Technology.
Agile, hardworking, enthusiastic, honest, B2B sales qualities/skills
