Partnerships Lead

You’ll work directly with and receive coaching from Arrowster’s leadership (Harvard, Oxford alumni) to expand, manage, and activate our club ecosystem at scale.
About the Role
We’re building a partnership network with high school and university clubs across Vietnam, and we need someone who can make that system run.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Can deliver results- we want doers, not talkers
• Have led or operated a student club before, ideally in Ho Chi Minh City
• Confident to reach out and connect with high school and university students
• Are ambitious, fast, and want to outgrow everyone your age
• Can organize people at scale and manage operations
What you’ll do
• Manage the day- to- day operations to ensure deals are executed properly
• Build and expand a hitlist of high school & university clubs across Vietnam
• Reach out and negotiate deals with clubs to collaborate with Arrowster for marketing
• Work 200% harder than others. But your learning and rewards will be worth it.
