Passenger GSA Manager

WHAT YOU&039;LL DO:
1- Network for business development

Engagement with Exhibitions, Fair, Symposium… relating to industry
Network and Manage relationship with Airlines Principle, Customers, Authorities, related Service providers. with Airlines Principle.
Relationship with oversea partners.

2- Management:

Relationship with key customer accounts.
Set up skill guidance to teams to ensure smooth communication, interaction with Customers, Airlines Principle and related service providers. Proper mix of communication by meeting, phone and e- mail
Management over sales teams, reservation team

3- Customer Satisfaction:

Guidance for proper dealing with customers in terms of irregularities
Manage relationship with Airlines Principle, Customers, Authorities, related Service providers.
Enhance ITL DNA “Extreme Good Will” by its Example and communication.
Set up skill guidance to teams to ensure smooth communication, interaction with Customers, Airlines Principle and related service providers. Proper mix of communication by meeting, phone and e- mail

4- Operation Excellence:

Deployment and monitoring the compliance towards Policies of Airlines Principles, Laws, ITL
Initiatives for operational efficiency, minimizing the costs.
Set up SOP – monitoring – Measuring (by quantitative & qualitative) and proper involvement.

Extroversion & Communication.
Fluent in English (4 skills).
Aviation bachelor’s degree will be an advantage.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Having 5 years and above industry experience.
Strong communication and customer focus.
