Ensure that food costs are kept in line and business plan objectives are achieved
Ensure professional people management.
Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products. Helps the Executive Chef Research and test new food products in conjunction with Company initiatives
Ensure all products are in accordance with the Brand Standards and the Hotel required standard performance
Supervise Pastry kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards and procedures
Supervise day to day kitchen operations and staff, sales volume, culinary category; number of meals served and complexity of the operation determine level of responsibility and scope of position.
Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures
Yêu cầu công việc
Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Culinary education, major in pastry preferred.
At least five years of related work experience in the same role.
Excellent pastry skills; possesses the ability to perform all functions in the pastry and bakery operation.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
