PE Supervisor (Process Engineering)

Train and support team members in technical processes and workplace safety.
Develop and improve processes to enhance production efficiency and ensure product quality.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues in the production process.
Supervise and manage the engineering activities related to the production of fiber optic products.
Conduct technical analyses and prepare reports to support management decisions.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem- solving skills.
Experience in the fiber optic product manufacturing industry and lean six sigma certification is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.
Proficient in office software and CAD.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to work under high pressure.
