• Support in internal audits, compliance checks, and reporting.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including completing onboarding procedures and employee documentation
• Assist in employee record management and document control within the People & Culture Department.
• Ensure all documents are stored systematically and confidentially.
• Support recruitment processes, including contacting candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
• Handle administrative correspondences between hotel, Owner, and authorities.
• Support People and Culture Director in preparing reports or proposals for submission to the Owner.
• Participate in PC initiatives and activities when assigned (trainings, engagement events, etc.).
• Prepare, submit, and archive documents required by the hotel’s owning company.
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum of 1- 2 years of progressive experience in a similar roll
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
