GENERAL MISSION:
• To assistant Talent & Culture Director in recruitment, payroll and quarterly, monthly, weekly report
• To coordinate with Talent & Culture Director to organize Staff activities
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
• To prepare the payroll for expatriates and local employees
• To design job flash opportunities to attract the most qualified candidates for position vacancies in the hotel.
• To conduct interview for the line staff to Assistant Manager level and to do exit interview
• To be fully in charge of report:
- Indicator, FSL., FTE
- Quarterly Police report, Labour manning report
- P&L, MIS
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To support Learning & Development manager/ Executive to deliver Labour code to the new employees
• To assist Talent & Culture Director to update policies and procedures and other human resources matters.
• To support and monitor Talent & Culture Executive in paper work, social insurance report
• To assist Talent & Culture Director and T&C team in all staff activities.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To perform other related duties and special projects as required by Talent & Culture Director.
• To review personnel policies, procedures and practices and recommend any changes, modification or updating to the management.
• To recruit the qualified personnel for each department based on the personnel requisition form approved by the divisional head and Talent & Culture Director.
• To assist the Management in any activity to help promote business and revenue for the hotel.
• To monitor present and update future trends in the local labor situation, social legislation and make any recommendations to the Talent & Culture Director.
• To assist Talent & Culture Director to survey employee’s benefits of other 5 star hotels on the market.
• To update Accor Human Resources projects are implemented consistently.
• To implement innovation and encourage staff to share new ideas for hotel improvement.
• To support Talent & Culture Director to prepare and write correspondences relating to the Human Resources department.
• To improve the performance of all staff as well as develop better service for hotel guests through training and human resources management system which creates staff loyalty and commitment.

HUMAN RESOURCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To coordinate functions and activities with other departments professionally.
• To ensure all staff in the Human Resources department are appraised by the immediate superior yearly.
• To develop and implement programs to ensure employee and guest security and safety.
• To maintain a good working relations with all departments and all external contacts: government officials, labor, tax, immigration and lawyer’s office, human resources associations.
• To create a good working atmosphere and efficient cooperation in the Human Resources department.
• To implement and monitor effective employee relations and motivation programs in the hotel.
