Performance Test Engineer

Analyze performance test results, identify performance issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve performance- related issues.
Provide support and guidance to team members on JMeter usage and performance testing methodologies.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to understand application requirements and performance metrics.
Design and execute load, stress, and scalability tests to identify system bottlenecks.
Participate in the planning and execution of performance testing strategies.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in performance testing.
Maintain and update performance test scripts to align with changes in application architecture.
Generate comprehensive performance test reports and communicate results to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with other performance testing tools is a plus.
Proven experience as a Performance Tester with at least 3 years.
Strong understanding of web application architecture and performance testing concepts.
Solid scripting skills with languages such as JavaScript, Java, or Groovy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Proficient in creating and maintaining JMeter, K6 scripts for performance testing.
