Personal Assistant to General Manager

Assist in organizing internal events
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and other necessary documents.
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Coordinate with department heads to relay instructions or gather necessary information for the General Manager.
Manage the General Manager’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Draft, manage, and organize correspondence, emails, and official documents.
Attend meetings with the General Manager when required; take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organization, and problem- solving skills
College or University degree in Secretary, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
Good command of English in both written and verbal communication
At least 1 year of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, preferably in the hospitality/resort industry.
Professional demeanor, discretion, proactivity, and ability to work independently
