Lead departmental projects and other tasks as assigned by Head of Department
Attend annual strategic meetings and translate the directions of the BODs into immediate and bold actions.
Synchronize the Academic Department&039;s OKR with those of the other departments to achieve company’s quarterly and annual objectives.

Work culture and team building
Nationwide teaching & training quality standardization
Work with training team to recruit, and train key academic personnel, successors, and teachers
Learning outcome assessment
Program customization and innovation
Recruit and train academic staff and teachers.
Represent academic department to solve problems and present products
Develop academic operational plans

Having experience working with foreign teachers
Having at least 3 years of experience in educational management
Having a Master’s degree in Education, TESOL or Applied Linguistics is preferred
IELTS 7.0 or higher
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in English Language or related fields; MA is preferred
Having at least 5 years of teaching experience
