To source, secure and maximize revenue opportunities from a dedicated MiCE account portfolio and leverage all sales tools and programs for maximum conversion. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.
Maximize Room, Banquet & Catering revenue and profitability with client satisfaction.
Align sales action plan with hotel goals and strategies. Manage Corporate, Government, Embassy, Non- profit organization, Association, Meeting Planner/Event Organizer and PCO accounts.
The Account Manager will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel&039;s policies and procedures, ensuring that a professional and high level of service is maintained.
Assist with Director of Sales to drive the strategic plan of MICE group segments i.e. Corporate & Government meeting Group, Incentive group. Convention group and Exhibition to ensure targets are met/ exceeded.

Ensure a focus on all Hotel facilies including food and beverage, catering and aditional products such as Fitness Centre and Spa.
Organize and report weekly sales call plan and weekly entertainment plan to DOS
Develop Sales action plan to target key accounts and new business from group segment and as agreed with Director of Sales/Director of Sales and Marketing.
Establish a regular core pattern for meeting with principals of MICE market and conduct site inspectons within the Hotel.
