PILOT SUPERVISOR

- Identify issues: difficult stitching, weak structure, material mismatch
- Test if the design is practical for production (Pilot run)
- Work with designer, pattern maker, production team, quality control
- Guide workers during pilot production
- Suggest improvements before mass production
- Define step- by- step process for making the bag (SOP)

* Skills:
- Follow exact design specifications
- Good coordination with different departments
- Strong knowledge of bag construction
- Good at pattern reading
- Able to meet deadlines for pilot sample production
- Ability to quickly solve production issues
- Ability to train workers and explain processes clearly
- Skilled in sewing machine operation (flatbed, post bed, cylinder bed, etc.)
- Knowledge of materials: leather, PU, fabric, hardware
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
* Knowledge:
- Bag construction process: Cutting → Skiving → Inking → Stitching → Assembly → Finishing
- Production flow: Sample → Pilot → Bulk production
- Basic industrial engineering: operation breakdown, line balancing, efficiency
- Quality standards: defect identification and inspection methods
