About the role
As a Planning Executive in OnPoint, you will support the development and execution of full- funnel Social Commerce strategies.
This role is ideal for candidates with Beauty industry exposure who want to move deeper into Social Commerce.
You will work closely with the cross- functional service teams to transform market insights, platform dynamics, and client objectives into integrated plans across Affiliate & Influencer, Livestream, Video, and Media and other social commerce initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Market Research & Planning Support
Conduct market, category, and consumer research (Beauty & Health focus) to support full- funnel Social Commerce planning.
Ensure research methodology, data processing, and outputs are consistent, structured, and aligned with the Planning Team’s strategic storyline.
Support the Planning Team in building data- driven narratives, insights, and strategic recommendations for proposals and pitch decks.
Analyze platform trends, creator ecosystems, and competitive landscapes across TikTok, TikTok Shop, Shopee and other relevant platforms.
Client Briefing & Planning Coordination
Translate client objectives into clear planning inputs for internal service teams (Affiliate, Influencer, Livestream, Video, Media).
Support the Planning Head/PM in dissecting client briefs, identifying key objectives, funnel priorities, and success metrics.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions; prepare meeting summaries, contact reports, and action trackers.
Cross- Functional Collaboration & Project Management
Merchandise Team, Commercial Teams) to ensure cohesive execution of the plan;
Liaise effectively with internal departments (Service teams, Campaign &
Proactively identify potential delays or operational blockers during the campaign lifecycle and devise immediate solutions to keep the project on track.
Quality Control & Reporting
Review planning deliverables to ensure alignment with client briefs, strategic intent, and quality standards before submission.
Support post- campaign reporting, insights extraction, and learning documentation to strengthen future planning frameworks.
Collect, consolidate, and organize campaign performance data.
